ABOUT PERRY D. MONIOUDIS,
ESQ.
Perry D. Monioudis was admitted to the Florida Bar
on September 26, 1990 and has practiced bankruptcy law
and commercial litigation, representing both debtors
and creditors since that date. Juris doctor, graduated
from Nova Southeastern University College of Law, June
1990, and Bachelor of Science Degree from St. John’s
University (N.Y.), June 1984. Admitted to the Bankruptcy
Bar in the United States District Courts for the Southern,
Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
ABOUT SCOTT E. COHN,
ESQ
Scott E. Cohn was admitted to the Florida Bar
in October 1989 and the United States District Court for
the Southern District of Florida in January 1991. Mr.
Cohn has focused his practice on Immigration and
Nationality Law in addition to business closings. He has
represented clients from all over the world. He received
his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern
University College of Law in 1989 and Bachelor of Arts
degree in International relations from Florida
International University in 1986. He is a member of the
American Immigration Lawyers Association. |
